Restaurant review

Bloom

Bloom on Vilamoura Marina mixes charcoal grill, Mediterranean seafood, and Thai cooking in one marina restaurant, often listed on Google as Spicy Gastropub.

Our verdict

Book Bloom for a marina night when someone wants steak, someone wants Thai, and nobody wants to split the group across three venues.

Website / reservations

Bloom sits right on Marina de Vilamoura with a three-kitchen offer under one roof: charcoal grill steaks and cuts, fresh Mediterranean fish and seafood, and proper Thai curries and aromatics. Directories still list the older Spicy / Spicy Gastropub name for the same marina address – that’s previous branding, not a second restaurant next door. Hours run long, roughly 10:00-02:00 daily, with wines and signature cocktails on the list too.

Good for mixed groups on the marina who can’t agree on Thai or steak. Skip it if you want a tiny Portuguese tavern or a quiet inland night away from yacht lights.
